Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will be guided through the return process.
Customers are responsible for safely packing and shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a reliable courier service to avoid damage during transit.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, design, or product (subject to availability), please inform us at the time of your request. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection. Refunds may be issued in the form of:
- Store credit, or
- Original payment method (where applicable)
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
